a)CIS223A Double-jacketed gasket



Double jacketed gaskets, they are used when complete protection of the filler material CIS223A is required, also provide additional support of the flange at the outer edge by addition of lapped-over jacket.

It is constructed of a soft filler completely enclosed by a metal shell and top washer.

The additional thickness of the outer lap is helpful in preventing excessive distortion of light weight flanges.

b)CIS223B Double shell double jacketed gasket



Double shell, double jacketed gaskets, they are used when a gasket having greater strength and rigidith are required, they are made of a soft filller encased by two reversed and overlapping metal shells.

c)Corrugated jaketed gasket



Corrugated jacketed gaskets, the corrugated jacket increased the gasket resilience.Employs Euroseal Graphite filler completely enclosed by a corrugated etal shell and top washer. If a slight leakage occurs across the inner edge, the concentric corrugations act as labyrinth seals. Sealability can be further improved by the use of an adhesive ribbon of Euroseal Silver.
